Dr. Francisca Odeka is a Public Sector Reform Expert in the area of Leadership Management (Women Empowerment), Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Capacity Building for future Federal Permanent Secretaries of the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria, Youth Entrepreneurship, Quality Assurance, Policy Development and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Dr. Odeka is a top management Coach; she has attended courses in Business Management and Women Entrepreneurship in Harvard Business School.
Over the years she has developed Capacity Building Programmes and Performance Management Tools to support organizations in ensuring that the employees are working to their optimum.
Dr. Odeka who is a trained Mass Communication and Public Sector Reform Expert. Returned to Nigeria in 2010 to play her part in the development of the Country. She worked extensively as consultant to Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCF) between 2010 to 2016. She is the Managing Director of Frandek International Consulting Limited of which Prime Skills Online Learning is a subsidiary. She is passionate about Change in all aspects of the Public Sector and Private Sector and advocates this through her Change Management Lectures.

Dr Benjamin Egware Odeka MBBS DCH MA (health care Law), FRCP (L), FRCPCH, CEO (Lady Helen child Health Foundation Nigeria) Consultant in paediatric medicine, paediatric gastroenterology, medical educator, researcher, medical manager and expert in medical-legal paediatrics. Dr. Odeka is a Leading expert in Governance, Leadership and Change Management. He was the Chair of Governance in an Acute Trust in the UK. In his career path he is a Coach and Mentor, who has led a significant number of Women to excel in their Medical Career and Practice. He was a senior lecturer in University of Manchester. His practice of paediatric clinical medicine and management earned him clinical excellence award in the National Health Service of United Kingdom.
Born in Nigeria and graduated from the College of medicine of the University of Ibadan in 1980. Studied post graduate paediatrics in England and Scotland and has continued to practice clinical and research paediatrics to date. Studied for his Masters Degree in Health Care Law from Salford University to enhance good practice of safeguarding children’s rights and also the regulation of health practitioners.
