NEW PATH is a Career Re-Direction Training Programme focusing on Women who want to initiate a career management process for themselves. NEW PATH is an active and purposeful programme that takes you through a process to explore management or personal career goals, expectations and outcomes.  It seeks to open doors to careers  and opportunities that women might not have considered. It seeks fit skills, passions, opportunities, networks and experiences into women’s career plans. This training creates the opportunity to reflect on your career path by learning how to research options, realize your strengths, acquire new skills and forestall redundancy. It will help participants to muster the courage to make the changes that they desire, and discover a NEW PATH in career at different faces of life.

The main objective of designing and developing a women’s career management program is to provide the opportunity to expand horizons, upgrade and use skills to maximum in order to attract the kind of desired careers.

Along with this, NEW PATH will stimulate a positive change in the attitude and behaviour of women in seeking or retaining their career path.

Dr Francisca Odeka BSc (Mass Com), Msc (Mass Com), PhD (Glasgow) Social Policy Dr. Francisca Odeka is a Public Sector Reform Expert in the area of Leadership Management (Women Empowerment), Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Capacity Building for future Federal Permanent Secretaries of the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria, Youth Entrepreneurship, Quality Assurance, Policy Development and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation. Dr. Odeka is a top management Coach; she has attended courses in Business Management and Women Entrepreneurship in Harvard Business School. Over the years she has developed Capacity Building Programmes and Performance Management Tools to support organizations in ensuring that the employees are working to their optimum. Dr. Odeka who is a trained Mass Communication and Public Sector Reform Expert. Returned to Nigeria in 2010 to play her part in the development of the Country. She worked extensively as consultant to Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCF) between 2010 to 2016. She is the Managing Director of Frandek International Consulting Limited of which Prime Skills Online Learning is a subsidiary. She is passionate about Change in all aspects of the Public Sector and Private Sector and advocates this through her Change Management Lectures.

Hilaria Asumu, BA (Hons) MA (HRM) Ch.MCIPD LLM (Employment Law), (CIPD). She has worked in England for several years, both in the public, private and third sectors, and also runs a startup business in Nigeria. She has a penchant for women advocacy. She's also a successful businesswoman with businesses and charities in the UK and Nigeria. The charity organisations providing advocacy services for BME people with kidney disease, and the other in Nigeria. The business in Nigeria providing concierge services to expatriates and Nigerians in diaspora, She's in the process of registering another business in Canada and the US, providing same services like the UK. Hilaria Asumu’s quest for acquiring knowledge has led to her gaining various qualifications over the years.She's currently studying for a Masters in Employment Law at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. A previous chair of the Black and Asian Police Association.
