The online Conflict Management course is based on the following criteria:

  • This course is based on progressive learning principle levels and is divided into Readable Parts

  • Courses are assessment based.

  • Assessment methodology includes quizzes with answers.

  • Participants will not be able to access the quizzes until lessons have been taken

This course consists of two (2) lessons and is based on the progressive learning approach:

    • Lesson 1: Conflict Management Definition, Types, Causes and Red Flags

    • Lesson 2: Conflict Management Styles and Managing Difficult Employees

Dr Francisca Odeka BSc (Mass Com), Msc (Mass Com), PhD (Glasgow) Social Policy Dr. Francisca Odeka is a Public Sector Reform Expert in the area of Leadership Management (Women Empowerment), Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Capacity Building for future Federal Permanent Secretaries of the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria, Youth Entrepreneurship, Quality Assurance, Policy Development and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation. Dr. Odeka is a top management Coach; she has attended courses in Business Management and Women Entrepreneurship in Harvard Business School. Over the years she has developed Capacity Building Programmes and Performance Management Tools to support organizations in ensuring that the employees are working to their optimum. Dr. Odeka who is a trained Mass Communication and Public Sector Reform Expert. Returned to Nigeria in 2010 to play her part in the development of the Country. She worked extensively as consultant to Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCF) between 2010 to 2016.
